Congratulations to Elisabeth Taylor, age 5, winner of the K-3rd grade division, and Analyssa Smith, age 10, winner of the 4th-6th grade division of the South Texas Children’s Arts Festival! Each won a week-long family vacation at South Padre Island. Elisabeth gets to take her family to Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island, while Analyssa and her family are going to Isla Grand Resort. They also get money to spend for dining during their stay. Each winner will also receive a scholarship for four people to take a fused glass class at McAllen Stained Glass. The owner of McAllen Stained Glass, Yoli Cantu, is also creating a fused glass rendering of each winner’s artwork.
